How it works
From handshake to delivery
Six clear steps. Both people always know what happens next.
Talk first
Find the other person — an expert or any registered user — and send a message request. When they accept, you discuss the job, the price and the timeline in a normal conversation.
Propose the deal in the chat
Press “Create Protected Deal” inside the conversation. The structured terms — scope, deliverables, price, dates, revisions, acceptance criteria — appear as a card in the same chat.
Negotiate for real
The other party accepts, declines, or sends a real counter-offer with a different price, date or scope. Every change is a new immutable version; an old acceptance never silently carries over.
The chat becomes the deal room
When both accept the same version, the SAME conversation — with its full history — becomes the deal room. Client, provider and (when needed) a RecoverDock moderator share it.
Funding, then work
The deal can only begin after protected funding is confirmed. Then the provider delivers, the client accepts or requests revisions within the agreed limit, and completion follows delivery — never a promise.
Disputes, mediated by a person
Either side can request a moderator or open a dispute. A real RecoverDock moderator joins the conversation as a third member, reviews the history and decides. Every sensitive action is audited.

Protected payment is not available in this environment yet
Commission and fees come from one central platform configuration — never hard-coded — and apply only once real custody is live.
Never share these — ever
RecoverDock never needs them, and the deal room blocks them automatically. A legitimate digital job never requires your account credentials.
